I teach yoga and meditation classes at organisations across London. These sessions focus on the common problems office-based working can lead to. Both physically - bad posture, misaligned shoulders, tight hips - and mentally (stress, anxiety and more stress).

As well as improving the physical and mental health of employees, yoga and meditation are now used in almost every high-achieving company to improve concentration, creativity and motivation.
