One-to-one
and small groups

I provide one-to-one and small group classes (up to three people) which are ideal for those with specific needs like injuries, disabilities or health conditions. In these sessions we are able to focus on particular areas of the body, stick to a pace that suits you and work towards personal goals, from pain reduction to better sleep.

Even if you don't have any health issues private classes are a great way of intensifying your practice, helping you to achieve strength and flexibility goals as well as giving you the confidence to practice on your own.

One-to-ones are also perfect for people who are short on time and need their practice to fit around work and family life. I can come to your house with all the necessary equipment at a time that suits you, so you can fit a great practice into just an hour. 

Some people who are new to yoga like to start out with a handful of private/small group sessions before attending public classes, which is also a good way of building confidence and getting you familiar with sequences and postures. 

Prices vary depending on the location, duration and frequency of classes. Sessions held in people's homes are cheaper (from £30), while sessions held in studios incur hiring costs and are therefore more expensive. Please contact me for more information.
